Alger Parks and Recreation

Welcome to Alger Parks & Recreation's Fall Gymnastics Program with Instructor Gethyn Way.  APRD offers three sessions throughout the school year - Fall - Winter - Spring.  All classes promote the development of gross motor skills, physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and balance.  Each class and session adds to your child's skill level. 

New Classes starting January 18, 2012

Dates: January 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, March 7, 2012

Tumblebugs 2 & 3 year olds                      Time: 5:25 - 6:10

Kinderbugs 4 - 6 year olds                         Time: 4:35 - 5:20

Springers Elementary school ages            Time: 3:30 - 4:30

Springers Plus - Middle school ages          Time: 6:15 - 7:15 pm

Natural resource and science education games and outdoor snowshoe explorations led by Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore Ranger Dave Kronk, in partnership with the Superior Central Schools and Alger Parks & Recreation.  Superior Central Class is held on Thursdays, February 2, 9, 23, March 15, 22, 29, 2012.  Limited tot he first 25 paid participants.
